What You’ll Do
• Support the Leadership: Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and organize meetings efficiently. Handle communication and correspondence on behalf of leadership, ensuring timely responses.
• Office Operations & Administration: Coordinate day-to-day office activities, supplies, and vendor management. Maintain records, documentation, and databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
